Farragut coach Chris Cool started the following lineup: 6-2 Sr. Alexander Rather, 6-1 Jr. Chance Bolen, 6-3 Sr. Luke Janney, Sr. Coby Cool, and 6-2 Jr. Nick Rogers.  Scott County coach Billy Hicks countered with 6-6 Fr. Michael Moreno, 6-1 So. Cooper Robb, 6-4 Jr. Cooper Watts, 6-1 Fr. Bryce Long, and 6-1 Fr. Glenn Covington.

 

Farragut led 49-47 after three quarters but Scott County rallied in the final quarter to pull away for a 76-64 victory.  The score was tied six times and there were eight lead changes in the game.  Scott County shot 39.1% from the field including six of 18 from the three point line.  The Cardinals connected on 20 of 23 free throws, pulled down 47 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 13 Farragut turnovers.  Scott County held a 19-2 advantage in second chance points.  Farragut shot 38.5% from the field including four of 17 from beyond the arc.  The Admirals connected on 20 of 24 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 17 Scott County turnovers.

 

Michael Moreno led Scott County with 23 points, 18 rebounds, three assists, two blocked shots, and two steals.  Cooper Robb added 19 points and five rebounds.  Bryce Long chipped in with 15 points and three steals.

 

Nick Rogers led Farragut with 31 points including 13 of 14 free throws and six rebounds.  Luke Janney added 16 points.  Alexander Rather recorded nine points and six rebounds.
