Oldham County coach Coy Zerhusen started the following lineup: 6-3 So. Travis Henderson, 6-0 Jr. Ismail Jones, 6-5 Sr. Jacob Bates, 5-9 So. Jacob Gibson, and 5-9 Sr. Clayton Wirth.  Scott County coach Billy Hicks countered with 6-6 Fr. Michael Moreno, 6-1 So. Cooper Robb, 6-4 Jr. Cooper Watts, 6-1 Fr. Bryce Long, and 6-1 Fr. Glenn Covington.

 

Scott County defeated Oldham County by a score of 72-58.  There were six lead changes and four ties in this game.  Scott County shot 48.4% from the field including five of nine from the three point line.  The Cardinals connected on five of eight free throws, pulls down 38 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 18 Oldham County turnovers.  Oldham County shot 48% from the field including four of 10 from beyond the arc.  The Colonels connected on six of 12 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 17 Scott County turnovers.

 

Cooper Watts led Scott County with 23 points, 14 rebounds, and three blocked shots.  Bryce Long added 16 points including four three point baskets and five assists.  Michael Moreno recorded 14 points, six rebounds, four assists, and two blocked shots.  Cooper Robb chipped in with 11 points, seven rebounds, six assists, and two steals.

 

6-0 Sr. Brandon Johnson led Oldham County with 13 points.  Jacob Bates added 11 points and seven rebounds.  Ismail Jones also scored 11 points.  Travis Henderson recorded eight points and six rebounds.
