Lexington Catholic coach Scott True started the following lineup: 5-9 Sr. Sarah Bonn, 5-7 Fr. Jay Ballard, 5-9 Jr. Laken Pinkerman, 5-3 So. Ashley Frebis, and 5-7 Sr. Caroline Osbourn.  Tates Creek coach Jan Perkins countered with 5-7 Sr. Shaytara Wilson, 5-5 Fr. Shania Taylor, 5-8 Sr. Lauren Miller, 5-3 Jr. Nave Winn, and 5-5 So. Tamira Watts.

Lexington Catholic defeated Tates Creek by a score of 57-37.  Lexington Catholic shot 44.4% from the field including nine of 23 from the three point line.  The Lady Knights connected on 18 of 30 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 21 Tates Creek turnovers.  Tates Creek shot 24.4% from the field including two of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Commodores connected on 13 of 22 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 21 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Laken Pinkerman led Lexington Catholic with 14 points including three three point baskets six rebounds.  Sarah Bonn added 10 points, six rebounds, four assists, and four steals.  Caroline Osbourn chipped in with nine points.

Shania Taylor led Tates Creek with 18 points including seven of 10 free throws and five rebounds.  Nave Winn added seven points.  Lauren Miller pulled down seven rebounds.
