Scott coach Rhonda Klette started the following lineup: 5-8 Sr. Holly Kallmeyer, 5-7 So. Alexis Stapleton, 5-8 So. Anna Clephane, 5-3 Jr. Morgan Wagner, and 5-6 Fr. Summer Secrist.  Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir countered with 5-10 So Grace Berger, 5-7 So. Kia Sivils, 5-10 Sr. Lydia Taylor, 5-4 Fr. Ashlee Harris, and 5-5 So. Kiki Samsel.

 

Kiki Samsel connected on eight three point baskets in a Sacred Heart Academy 84-72 victory over Scott.  Sacred Heart shot 50.8% from the field including 11 of 24 from the three point line.  The Valkyries connected on seven of eight free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 15 Scott turnovers.  Scott shot 49.1% from the field including four of eight from beyond the arc.  The Lady Eagles connected on 12 of 20 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 13 Sacred Heart turnovers.

 

Kiki Samsel led Sacred Heart with 26 points including eight three point baskets.  Grace Berger added 18 points four rebounds, and three steals.  Kia Sivils recorded 14 points, seven rebounds, and seven assists.  Ashlee Harris chipped in with 10 points, six rebounds, and six assists.

 

Alexis Stapleton led Scott with 23 points and six rebounds.  Anna Clephane added 13 points.  Summer Secrist recorded 12 points and five rebounds.  5-4 Jr. Kirsten Brown also scored 12 points.  Holly Kallmeyer added 10 points, eight rebounds, three blocked shots, and three steals.
