Bryan Station coach Tommy Johnson started the following lineup: 6-3 Jr. David DeMarcus, 6-2 Sr. Tim Dunn, 6-5 Sr. Deandre Dishman, 6-0 Sr. Andre Davis, and 6-1 So. Terrance Murphy. Paris coach Terrence Brooks countered with 6-2 Jr. Jekobi Wells, 6-1 Sr. Demond Dorsey, 5-10 So. Eric Johnson, 5-6 So. Marcus Ashford, and 5-8 Sr. James Clark.
Bryan Station led 38-37 after three quarters but Paris rallied in the final quarter to earn a 56-48 victory. The score was tied six times and there were seven lead changes in this game. Paris shot 41.2% from the field including four of 14 from the three point line. The Greyhounds connected on 10 of 17 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 18 Bryan Station turnovers. Bryan Station shot 52.6% from the field including one of seven from beyond the arc. The Defenders connected on seven of 13 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored eight points off 11 Paris turnovers.
6-4 Sr. Koebe Garrard led Paris with 18 points and nine rebounds. Eric Johnson added 16 points including two three point baskets and nine rebounds. Jekobi Wells chipped in with 12 points.
Tim Dunn led Bryan Station with 14 points and nine rebounds. 5-7 Sr. Rafael Few also scored 14 points. Deandre Dishman recorded nine points and nine rebounds.
