Scott County coach Steve Helton started the following lineup: 6-0 Jr. Lauren Boehm, 5-10 So. Peyton Riddle, 6-0 So. Sydney Southerland, 5-5 Fr. Juliette Smith, and 5-9 Sr. Bailey Hawkins.  Western Hills coach Buddy Ritchie countered with 5-7 So. Katherine Mangeot, 5-6 So. Casey Anglin, 5-11 Sr. Taylor Slade, 5-3 So. Alexis True, and 5-6 Sr. Lakenzie Ritchie.

Scott County defeated Western Hills by a score of 68-44.  Scott County shot 40.3% from the field including four of 25 from the three point line.  The Lady Cardinals connected on 10 of 18 free throws, pulled down 48 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 20 Western Hills turnovers.  Western Hills shot 22.6% from the field including one of 11 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Wolverines connected on 19 of 27 free throws, pulled down 41 rebounds, and scored seven points off 12 Scott County turnovers.

Bailey Hawkins led Scott County with 19 points.  Lauren Boehm added 15 points, 16 rebounds, and seven steals.  Juliette Smith recorded 10 points, three assists, and three steals. 

Lakenzie Ritchie led Western Hills with 13 points including 11 of 13 free throws, four rebounds, and three steals.  Katherine Mangeot added 11 points.  Taylor Slade recorded nine points and seven rebounds.  Casey Anglin chipped in with six points and seven rebounds.  Alexis True pulled down eight rebounds.
