Warren Central coach Joe Hood started the following lineup: 5-7 Sr. Tia Barnett, 5-4 So. Kelsey Linville, 5-10 So. Zakaria Hill, 5-3 Sr. Taylor Jones, and 5-4 Fr. Jamilia Fields. Allen County-Scottsville coach Brad Bonds countered with 5-9 Sr. Savannah Gregory, 5-6 Sr. Sydney Hurt, 5-11 Fr. Sarah Sutton, Kayla Hudson, and 5-7 Sr. Jordan Brooks.
Allen County-Scottsville pulled away in the second half to defeat Warren Central by a score of 65-44. The score was tied seven times and there were nine lead changes in the game. Allen County-Scottsville shot 53.2% from the field including two of six from the three point line. The Lady Patriots connected on 13 of 14 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored eight points off 10 Warren Central turnovers. Savannah Gregory led Allen County-Scottsville with 38 points including two three point baskets, 11 rebounds, four assists, and four blocked shots. Sarah Sutton added 13 points. Jordan Brooks pulled down six rebounds and dished out eight assists.
Tia Barnett led Warren Central with 14 points including two three point baskets. 5-9 Sr. Rana Cousins added 10 points and four rebounds. Zakaria Hill also scored 10 points. Jamilia Fields recorded seven points and six rebounds.
