Lafayette coach Allison Denton started the following lineup: 5-11 Jr. Kiara Pankins, 5-10 Fr. Lindi DeBilzan, 5-9 Sr. Aisha Conwell, 5-6 So. Terri Abram, and 5-9 So. Caroline Bennett.  Henry Clay coach Eric Sanford countered with 5-9 Sr. Jordyn Jackson, 5-7 Fr. Kiya Thompson, 5-10 Sr. Nakeisha Green, 5-4 So. Alexis Lutz, and 5-6 Sr. T’Laya Lyvers.

 

Henry Clay defeated Lafayette by a score of 64-47.  Henry Clay shot 46.2% from the field including three of eight from the three point line.  The Lady Blue Devils connected on 13 of 18 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 19 Lafayette turnovers.  Lafayette shot 46.4% from the field including zero of four from beyond the arc.  The Lady Generals connected on 21 of 30 free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and scored five points off nine Henry Clay turnovers.

 

T’Laya Lyvers led Henry Clay with 21 points including two three point baskets, five rebounds, six assists, and five steals.  Alexis Lutz added 11 points.  Jordyn Jackson recorded 10 points and nine rebounds.

 

Kiara Pankins led Lafayette with 18 points, four rebounds, and four blocked shots.  Aisha Conwell added 15 points and seven rebounds.  Terri Abram chipped in with nine points and four rebounds.
