Boone County took a 12-7 lead with 5:37 remaining in the first half on a 72 yard run by Corstin Cahill but Lexington Catholic rallied behind the arm of Kirk Fagot and the running of Dameon Jones to earn a 41-18 victory over the visiting Boone County Rebels.  Lexington Catholic recorded 15 first downs and 313 yards of total offense.  The Knights were penalized six times for 64 yards.  Boone County recorded 13 first downs and 341 yards of total offense.  The Rebels were penalized five times for 60 yards and lost a fumble.  Boone County returned six kickoffs for 192 yards and a touchdown.

Dameon Jones led Lexington Catholic’s ground game with 86 yards and three touchdowns with three touchdowns.  Kirk Fagot completed 21 of 32 passes for 241 yards and three touchdowns.  Nathan Schnurr caught seven passes for 40 yards.  Ben Buchignani added three receptions for 96 yards and a touchdown.  Dameon Jones caught three passes for 31 yards and a touchdown.  Rhett Ryan added a 20 yard touchdown reception.  A. Lauterbach led the defense with eight solo and two assisted tackles and recovered a fumble.  Jack Fagot added seven solo tackles with three of his tackles resulting in losses totaling seven yards.  Dylan Coulter recorded six solo and two assisted tackles with five of his losses resulting in losses totaling 20 yards.

Corstin Cahill had an impressive outing for Boone County as he carried the ball 21 times for 228 yards and two touchdowns.  Devin Ruberg completed five of 13 passes for 85 yards.  Corstin Cahill caught three passes for 56 yards.  Rondell Douglas returned five kickoffs for 171 yards including a touchdown return of 90 yards.  John Mark Shutt led the defense with six solo tackles.  Dylan Kramer added four solo tackles.  Joe Ganster recorded two solo and one assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling eight yards.
