Fairdale coach Marco Price started the following lineup: 5-6 Jr. Maria Nylund, 5-4 So. Tyasia Brown, 5-8 Fr. Sheree Lattimore, 5-3 So. Peyton Allen, and 5-5 Sr. Valerie Johnson.  Lexington Catholic coach Scott True Countered with 5-7 So. Maylo Given, 5-3 Jr. Jay Ballard, 5-9 Jr. Maya Jazdzewski, 5-2 Jr. Olivia Haines, and 5-5 Jr. Ashley Frebis.

Lexington Catholic defeated Fairdale 61-49 in a game that featured a total of 74 turnovers (41 for Lexington Catholic and 33 for Fairdale).  Lexington Catholic shot 43.8% from the field including two of eight from the three point line.  The Lady Knights connected on 17 of 23 free throws, pulled down 45 rebounds, and scored 27 points off 33 Fairdale turnovers.  Fairdale shot 30% from the field including two of 14 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Bulldogs connected on 17 of 24 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored 34 points off 41 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Maylo Given led Lexington Catholic with 17 points, eight rebounds, and one blocked shot.  Jay Ballard added 10 points, 11 rebounds, and seven assists.

5-4 Fr. Shanice Thomas led Fairdale with 17 points, five rebounds, two blocked shots, and nine steals.  Valerie Johnson added 16 points and seven steals.
