Powell County Dave Fraley started the following lineup: 6-0 Sr. Max Hernandez, 5-8 Sr. Trevor Marcum, 6-3 Jr. Drew Ginter, 5-8 So. Mikey Lindon, and 5-9 Sr. Austin Napier.  Scott County coach Billy Hicks counters with 6-6 So. Michael Moreno, 6-2 Jr. Cooper Robb, 6-4 Sr. Cooper Watts, 6-0 So. Lorenzo Williams, and 6-1 So. Bryce Long.

Scott County outscored Powell County 26-13 in the third quarter on their way to a 96-81 victory.  Scott County shot 52.6% from the field including seven of 18 from the three point line.  The Cardinals connected on 29 of 41 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 30 points off 25 Powell County turnovers.  Powell County shot 47.2% from the field including 47.2% from the field including six of 15 from beyond the arc.  The Pirates connected on 25 of 34 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 15 Scott County turnovers. 

Michael Moreno led Scott County with 27 points, 12 rebounds, and three blocked shots.  Cooper Robb added 21 points including three three point baskets, eight rebounds, three assists, and five steals.  Bryce Long chipped in with 12 points.

Austin Napier led Powell County with 33 points including four three point baskets and seven rebounds.  5-9 So. Bryce Merrion and 6-0 Sr. Levi Bloom each recorded eight points.
