Christian Academy of Louisville coach Perry White started the following lineup: 5-9 So. Sarah McDonald, 5-8 Fr. Mia Beam, 5-10 Fr. Shelby Calhoun, 5-6 So. Hayley Ice, and 5-6 Sr. Summer Conti.  Ballard coach Carl White Sr. countered with 5-6 Jr. Sayde Valentine, 5-5 Jr. Shania Beason, 5-9 Jr. Khaylah Brewer, 5-2 So. Cameryn Austin, and 5-5 Jr. Jada Williams.

 

Christian Academy of Louisville defeated Ballard by a score of 74-58.  CAL shot 49% from the field including five of 12 from the three point line.  The Lady Centurions connected on 19 of 32 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 25 points off 22 Ballard turnovers.  Ballard shot 42.6% from the field including four of 13 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Bruins connected on eight of 14 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 22 CAL turnovers.

 

Shelby Calhoun led Cal with 26 points, 15 rebounds, five assists, and five steals.  Sarah McDonald added 17 points, 10 rebounds, and three steals.  Summer Conti recorded 11 points and five steals.

 

Cameryn Austin led Ballard with 19 points, four rebounds, and four steals.  Kiarah Carney added 16 points.
