Knott County Central coach BB King started the following lineup: 6-4 Sr. Landon Noble, 6-3 Jr. Isaac Caudill, 6-4 Jr. Hunter Hammonds, 5-10 Sr. Dalton Cornett, and 6-1 Sr. Austin Combs.  Scott County coach Billy Hicks countered with 6-6 So. Michael Moreno, 6-2 Jr. Cooper Robb, 6-4 Sr. Cooper Watts, 6-0 So. Lorenzo Williams, and 6-1 So. Bryce Long.

 

Scott County outscored Knott County Central 36-6 in the third quarter on their way to an 82-59 victory.  Scott County shot 41.3% from the field including six of 23 from the three point line.  Scott County attempted 30 more shots (80-50) from the field than Knott County Central.  The Cardinals connected on 10 of 18 free throws, pulled down 50 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 16 Knott County Central turnovers.  Knott County Central shot 32% from the field including four of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Patriots connected on 23 of 29 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 11 points off eight Scott County turnovers.

 

Bryce Long led Scott County with 19 points including two three point baskets and seven rebounds.  Michael Moreno added 18 points, 12 rebounds, five assists, and four blocked shots.  6-1 Jr. Josh Davis chipped in with 12 points including two three point baskets.  Cooper Robb recorded nine points, seven rebounds, and four steals.  Cooper Watts added eight points and eight rebounds.

 

Austin Combs led Knott County Central with 24 points including two three point baskets and eight of nine free throws.  Isaac Caudill added 19 points including 11 of 13 free throws and seven rebounds.
