Owensboro Catholic coach Michael Robertson started the following lineup: 6-0 So. Mackenzie Keelin, 5-9 Jr. Ellie Mitchell, 6-2 So. Sarah Beth Clemons, 5-6 Sr. Katelin Maggard, and 5-8 Fr. Spencer Harvey.  Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir countered with 5-11 Jr. Grace Berger, 5-7 Jr. Kia Sivils, 5-9 Jr. Natalie Fichter, 5-4 So. Ashlee Harris, and 5-7 Jr. Kiki Samsel.

Sacred Heart Academy defeated Owensboro catholic by a score of 79-41.  Sacred Heart shot 42.1% from the field including nine of 22 from the three point line.  The Valkyries connected on six of six free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 37 points off 27 Owensboro Catholic turnovers.  Owensboro Catholic shot 39.55 from the field including three of 13 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Aces connected on four of six free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored two points off nine Sacred Heart turnovers.

Kiki Samsel led Sacred Heart with 18 points including four three point baskets and three steals.  Grace Berger added 12 points, six rebounds, and five assists.  Natalie Fichter also scored 12 points and five steals.  Kia Sivils recorded eight points, seven rebounds, and five steals.

Sarah Beth Clemens led Owensboro Catholic with 12 points and seven rebounds.  Katelin Maggard added nine points on three three point baskets.  6-0 Fr. Hannah McKay chipped in with eight points.  Mackenzie Keelin recorded six points, seven rebounds, and four assists.
