Elizabethtown coach Donnie Swiney started the following lineup: 5-7 Jr. Karson Knight, 5-7 Sr. Kendall Pack, 5-9 Sr. Taylor Thomas, 5-4 Jr. Tanisia Murphy, and 5-8 Sr. Jada Stinson.  Christian Academy of Louisville coach Perry White countered with 5-9 Fr. Mia Beam, 5-9 So. Sarah McDonald, 5-10 Fr. Shelby Calhoun, 5-6 Sr. Summer Conti, and 5-7 Sr. Emma Wesley.

 

Elizabethtown raced out to a 26-8 first quarter lead on their way to a 72-52 victory over Christian Academy of Louisville.  Elizabethtown shot 44.1% from the field including seven of 21 from the three point line.  The Panthers connected on five of seven free throws, pulled down 44 rebounds, and scored six points off 12 CAL turnovers.  CAL shot 37.7% from the field including four of 12 from beyond the arc.  The Centurions connected on eight of 10 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 21 Elizabethtown turnovers.

 

Jada Stinson led Elizabethtown with 31 points including four three point baskets, six rebounds, nine assists, and three steals.  5-11 Fr. Whitney Hay added nine points.  Kendall Pack recorded seven points, nine rebounds, four blocked shots, and four steals.  Tanisia Murphy chipped in with seven points, five rebounds, four assists, and four steals.  Taylor Thomas added seven points and five rebounds.  Karson Knight contributed five points, four rebounds, six assists, and two steals.

 

Shelby Calhoun led CAL with 27 points, 10 rebounds, and three steals.  Mia Beam added 10 points.  Summer Conti recorded eight points, four rebounds, and three assists.
