Henry Clay coach Eric Sanford started the following lineup: 5-8 Jr. Braxton Price, 5-8 Jr. Cheyenne Jones, 5-11 Jr. Tyronica Carpenter, 5-7 So. Kiya Thompson, and 5-8 Sr. Lexi Long.  Paul Laurence Dunbar coach Nick Runyon countered with 5-11 Sr. Autumn Herriford, 5-9 Jr. Peyron Humphreys, 5-9 Jr. Anaiyah Cotton, 5-6 Jr. Mashayla Cecil, and 5-6 So. Jailyn Ginter.

Henry Clay outscored Paul Laurence Dunbar 17-3 in the third quarter to pull away for a 60-48 victory.  Henry Clay shot 49.1% from the field including two of five from the three point line.  The Lady Blue Devils connected on six of nine free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 24 Dunbar turnovers.  Dunbar shot 44.4% from the field including two of nine from beyond the arc.  The Lady Bulldogs connected on 14 of 23 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 15 Henry Clay turnovers.

Tyronica Carpenter led Henry Clay with 16 points and 15 rebounds.  Cheyenne Jones added 12 points, four rebounds, and three steals.  5-8 So. Destyne Jackson and Kiya Thompson each scored 10 points.

Autumn Herriford led Dunbar with 17 points and four rebounds.  Mashayla Cecil and 5-8 So. Cheyenne Fullwood added nine and eight points respectively.  Peyton Humphreys pulled down seven rebounds.
