DuPont Manual coach Jeff Sparks started the following lineup: 5-11 Jr. Aniah Griffin, 5-10 Sr. Tonysha Curry, 5-11 Fr. Nila Blackford, 5-2 Jr. Tyonne Howard, and 5-5 Jr. Jaela Johnson.  Scott County coach Steve Helton countered with 5-11 Sr. Lauren Boehm, 5-8 Sr. Kadee Hudson, 6-0 Sr. Holly Christian, 5-4 Sr. Britney Ward, and 5-10 Jr. Peyton Riddle.

DuPont Manual defeated Scott County by a score of 70-53.  There were eight lead changes and three ties in this game.  Manual shot 37% from the field including three of 16 from the three point line.  The Lady Crimsons connected on 13 of 22 free throws, pulled down 54 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 20 Scott County turnovers.  Scott County shot 33.3% from the field including four of 23 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Cardinals connected on nine of 18 free throws, pulled down 45 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 16 Manual turnovers.

Jaela Johnson led Manual with 22 points, five rebounds, and two steals.  Nila Blackford added 18 points, 13 rebounds, and four steals.  Tonysha Curry recorded 11 points, eight rebounds, and three assists.  Aniah Griffin chipped in with eight points, 10 rebounds, and four steals.  Tyonne Howard added five points, six rebounds, two assists, and two steals.

5-10 So. Maaliya Owens led Scott County with 21 points, five rebounds, two assists, and three steals.  Lauren Boehm added eight points, 16 rebounds, two assists, and three steals.  Peyton Riddle recorded seven points, seven rebounds, and five assists.  5-5 Fr. Morgan DeFoor added six points, four rebounds, and three blocked shots.
