Western Hills coach Raymond Ritchie Jr. started the following lineup: 5-9 Sr. Haleigh Conley, 5-6 Jr. Montana Muravchick, 5-9 So. Kennedy Williams, 5-4 Jr. Alexis True, and 5-6 Jr. Katherine Mangeot.  Lexington Christian Academy coach Kent Miller countered with 5-8 Jr. Payton Rogers, 5-7 Sr. Sydney Weeks, 5-8 Sr. Charis Hill, 5-6 Sr. Skyler Palmer, and 5-8 So. Grace Combs.

 

Western Hills connected on nine three point baskets on their way to a 68-43 victory over Lexington Christian Academy.  Western Hills connected on 35.6% from the field including nine of 20 from the three point line.  The Lady Wolverines connected on 17 of 23 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 20 Lexington Christian Academy turnovers.  LCA shot 31.9% from the field including two of 17 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Eagles connected on 11 of 18 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored seven points off nine Western Hills turnovers.

 

Haleigh Conley led Western Hills with 34 points including five three point baskets, seven of eight free throws, and 10 rebounds.  Montana Muravchick added 14 points including four three point baskets and three assists.  Alexis True recorded 10 points, five rebounds, and eight assists.

 

5-5 So. Bethany Selby led LCA with 20 points and five rebounds.  Charis Hill added 13 points and four rebounds.  Payton Rogers recorded six points and nine rebounds.  Grace Combs chipped in with four points, three rebounds, seven assists, and two steals.
