Model coach Wes Scarberry started the following lineup: 6-3 Sr. Andrew Jacob Backus, 6-1 Jr. Emory Cornette, 6-4 Jr. Will Feese, 5-9 Sr. Garrison Gray, and 5-10 So. Adam Lewis-Durham.  Madison Central coach Allen Feldhaus Jr. countered with 6-2 Jr. Dustin Gerald, 6-1 Sr. Michael Roberts, 6-7 So. Isaiah Cozart, 5-10 Jr. Isaiah Minter, and 5-10 Jr. Jacori Miller.

Madison Central defeated Model by a score of 69-47.  Madison Central shot 40.6% from the field including five of 16 from the three point line.  The Indians connected on eight of 13 free throws, pulled down 50 rebounds, and scored 13 points off nine Model turnovers.  Model shot 26.9% from the field including four of 17 from beyond the arc.  The Patriots connected on 15 of 23 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored three points off seven Madison Central turnovers.

Dustin Gerald led Madison Central with 18 points and 14 rebounds.  Isaiah Cozart added 14 points, 13 rebounds, and seven blocked shots.  5-11 Sr. Alex Mayes chipped in with 12 points on four three point baskets.  Isaiah Minter recorded 10 points, five rebounds, and six assists.

Andrew Jacob Backus led Model with 11 points, eight rebounds, four assists, and two blocked shots.  Will Feese added 10 points and 12 rebounds.
