Franklin County defeated Woodford County tonight by a score of 68-33. Franklin County shot 52.3% from the field including nine of 23 from the three point line. The Lady Flyers connected on three of six free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and committed eight turnovers. Woodford County shot 30.1% from the field including four of 17 from beyond the arc. The Lady Yellow Jackets connected on five of seven free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and committed 19 turnovers.
5-8 Sr. Princess Stewart led Franklin County with 12 points, three rebounds, four assists, and four steals. 5-10 Sr. Rebecca Cook added 11 points, four rebounds, and three assists. 5-4 8th Grade Brooklynn Miles recorded nine points. 5-6 Sr. Savannah Courtney chipped in with eight points and four rebounds. 5-5 Jr. Kindall Talley added five points, four rebounds, and five assists.
5-11 Fr. Delaney Enlow led Woodford County with nine points and eight rebounds. 5-7 Fr. Abby Moffett added eight points.
