Friday August 18th

 

Pulaski County 49  Jacksonville IN. 28 – Wiley Cain completed 29 of 45 passes for 360 yards and four touchdowns to lead Pulaski County.

 

Southwestern 41  Northwest TN. 6 – Patric Edwards carried the ball 18 times for 106 yards and three touchdowns.

 

Garrard County 38  Powell County 0 – Josh Warren carried the ball 29 times for 146 yards and four touchdowns.

 

Bourbon County 36  Somerset 29 – Dalen Landrum completed 18 of 24 passes for 291 yards and four touchdowns to lead Bourbon County.  Titus Ransom caught seven passes for 163 yards and four touchdowns.

 

Anderson County 27  George Rogers Clark 14 – Blake Franklin returned a kickoff 88 yards for a touchdown and returned an intercepted pass 51 yards for another score.

 

Bell County 42  Middlesboro 21 – Tanner Asher carried the ball 12 times for 138 yards and two touchdowns to lead Bell County.

 

Butler 53  Bullitt East 0 – Eric Jackson carried the ball eight times for 143 yards and four touchdowns.

 

Campbell County 27  Dixie Heights 23 – Alex Dowds carried the ball 24 times for 208 yards and four touchdowns to lead the victors.

 

Casey County 50  Barren County 7 – Austin Campbell completed 22 of 31 passes for 349 yards and three touchdowns.

 

Covington Catholic 49  Ryle 17 – AJ Mayer completed 14 of 23 passes for 267 yards and three touchdowns and ran for two touchdowns to lead CovCath.

 

Elizabethtown 55  Franklin-Simpson 23 – Jay Becherer carried the ball eight times for 155 yards and two touchdowns and Joseph Becherer added 104 yards and two touchdowns on two carries to lead Elizabethtown.

 

Franklin County 24  Western Hills 30Bowen Dakota scored on a 51 yard interception return with 4:10 left in the game to give Franklin County the victory.

 

Highlands 42  Cooper 22 – Cooper Schwalbach carried the ball 29 times for 150 yards and four touchdowns to lead Highlands.

 

Hopkins County Central 61  Webster County 6 – Jackson Bergant completed 14 of 24 passes for 279 yards and five touchdowns.

 

Kentucky Country Day 49  Atherton 21 – Jackson Diaz completed 15 of 22 passes for 229 yards and four touchdowns.

 

Lafayette 28  Bryan Station 0 – TeAndre Newcomb carried the ball 19 times for 137 yards and a touchdown.

 

Ludlow 56  Carroll County 39 – Justin Blackburn passed for three touchdowns and ran for four more scores to lead Ludlow.

 

Nicholas County 38  Bellevue 36 (OT) – Isaac Fryman carried the ball 27 times for 152 yards and three touchdowns and Kody Campbell added 114 yards and three touchdowns on 27 carries to lead Nicholas County.

 

Owensboro 41  Madisonville-North 19Ezekeil Brown carried the ball 10 times for 142 yards and a touchdown and Josh Cowherd added 110 yards and two touchdowns on 24 carries to lead Owensboro.

 

Owensboro Catholic 33  Daviess County 31 – Will Warren completed 23 of 40 passes for 251 yards and three touchdowns to lead Owensboro Catholic.

 

Paintsville 41  Estill County 14 – Tanner Smith carried the ball seven times for 141 yards and two touchdowns to lead Paintsville.

 

Scott County 56  North Bullitt 19 – Brice Fryman opened the game with a 91 yard kickoff return for a touch down and Scott County was never threatened,

 

Shelby Valley 66  Jenkins 0 – Mason Layne carried the ball 15 times for 200 yards and four touchdowns.

 

Simon Kenton 47  Meade County 13 – Matt Shearer completed 19 of 27 passes for 213 yards and four touchdowns to lead Simon Kenton.

 

Spencer County 36  Bardstown 14 – Kadin Smith carried the ball 16 times for 276 yards and three touchdowns.

 

St. Xavier 35 Indianapolis Cathedral IN 28 – Brett Metzmeier carried the ball 25 times for 157 yards and four touchdowns to lead St. Xavier.

 

Tates Creek 48  Henry Clay 0 – Laron Warner carried the ball 11 times for 92 yards and a touchdown and caught a touchdown pass to lead Tates Creek.

 

Trinity (Louisville) 31  Carmel IN 3 – Trinity only allowed seven first downs and 78 yards of offense tonight.  Jacob Dingle and David Florence each scored on interception returns.
