Paul Laurence Dunbar coach Scott Chalk started the following lineup: 6-3 Jr. Michael Corio, 6-2 Jr. Jared Gadd, 6-5 Jr. Trevor Rogers, 5-10 Sr. JaQuice Gray, and 6-2 Jr. Isaiah Allen.  Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman countered with 6-3 Sr. TC Price, 6-1 Fr. Ben Johnson, 6-5 Sr. Zan Payne, 5-11 Jr. Javen Hardin, and 6-0 Sr. Keegan Bailey.

Lexington Catholic defeated Paul Laurence Dunbar by a score of 59-42.  Lexington Catholic shot 49% from the field including one of 11 from the three point line.  The Knights connected on eight of 11 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 11 Dunbar turnovers.  Dunbar shot 31.7% from the field including two of 10 from beyond the arc.  The Bulldogs connected on 14 of 18 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored six points off seven Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Zan Payne led Lexington Catholic with 22 points and nine rebounds.  6-7 Sr. Max Sparkman added 13 points, four rebounds, and three assists.  Keegan Bailey also scored 13 points.  Javen Hardin recorded seven points, eight assists, and two steals.

Isaiah Allen led Dunbar with 14 points including seven of eight free throws.  JaQuice Gray added nine points.  Trevor Rogers recorded six points, six rebounds, and two blocked shots.
