Christian Academy of Louisville coach Chad Carr started the following lineup: 6-2 Jr. Austin Carr, 6-1 Sr. Wyatt Allison, 6-1 Jr. Jacob Dupps, 5-9 Fr. Caleb Hawley, and 6-0 So. Tyler McDaniel. Lafayette coach Mike Mendenhall III countered with 6-3 Sr. Eric Powell, 6-1 Sr. Cameron King, 6-9 So. Ray Suratt, 5-10 Jr. Evan Dreux, and 5-11 Sr. Fousseyni Diallo.
Lafayette defeated Christian Academy of Louisville by a score of 84-52. Lafayette shot 53.4% from the field including 10 of 25 from the three point line. The Generals connected on 12 of 17 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 27 points off 25 CAL turnovers. CAL shot 42.5% from the field including four of 19 from beyond the arc. The Centurions connected on 14 of 25 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 15 Lafayette turnovers.
Ray Suratt led Lafayette with 14 points and four rebounds. Cameron King added 13 points including three three point baskets. Eric Powell recorded 11 points including three three point baskets and eight assists. Fousseyni Diallo added 11 points, four assists, and four steals. 6-2 Sr. Devontae Hayes added 10 points and 10 rebounds.
Wyatt Allison led CAL with 12 points including seven of 10 free throws. 6-2 Jr. Eric Mowder II also scored 12 points and pulled down four rebounds.
