Cooper coach Tim Sullivan started the following lineup: 6-3 Sr. Adam Kunkel, 6-3 Sr. Tyler Ollier, 6-5 Jr. Blaine Walters, 6-0 Sr. Braydon Runion, and 6-0 Sr. Chris McNeil.  Rocky River (NC) coach Jason Moseley countered with 6-4 So. Jaden Springer, 6-3 Sr. Marcus Evans, 6-5 Jr. Darlinstone Dubar, 5-10 Sr. Elijah Sidbury, and 5-11 Sr. Jordan Campbell.

 

Cooper repeated as Traditional Bank Holiday Classic champions with a 57-47 victory over Rocky River (NC) in a hotly contested game.  Cooper shot 39.5% from the field including six of 16 from the three point line.  The Jaguars connected on 21 of 26 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored five points off six Rocky River (NC) turnovers.  Rocky River (NC) shot 37% from the field including three of 18 from beyond the arc.  The Ravens connected on 10 of 17 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 11 Cooper turnovers.

 

Adam Kunkel led Cooper with 20 points including nine of 10 free throws and six rebounds.  Blaine Walters added nine points including two three point baskets and four rebounds.  Chris McNeil chipped in with eight points.  Braydon Runion recorded six points and six rebounds.

 

Darlinstone Dubar led Rocky River (NC) with 17 points, six rebounds, and two blocked shots.  Jaden Springer added 11 points and eight rebounds.  Elijah Sidbury recorded eight points including two three point baskets.
