DuPont Manual coach Jeff Sparks started the following lineup: 5-11 Sr. Aniah Griffin, 5-6 So. Jeanay Riley, 6-1 Jr. Nila Blackford, 5-2 Sr. Tyonne Howard, and 5-5 So. Anna Littlefield.  Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir countered with 5-11 Sr. Grace Berger, 5-7 Sr. Kia Sivils, 6-0 So. Kristen Clemons, 5-6 Jr. Ashlee Harris, and 5-7 Sr. Kiki Samsel.

Sacred Heart Academy defeated DuPont Manual by a score of 66-56.  Manual led 33-32 at halftime but Sacred heart outscored the Lady Crimsons 20-13 to regain the lead.  The score was tied eight times and there were two lead changes.  Sacred Heart shot 51% from the field including six of 16 from the three point line.  The Valkyries connected on eight of 13 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 18 Manual turnovers.  Manual shot 41.8% from the field including four of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Crimsons connected on six of 10 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 14 Sacred Heart turnovers.

Grace Berger led Sacred Heart with 17 points including two three point baskets, 10 rebounds, five assists, and two blocked shots.  Ashlee Harris added 14 points.  Kiki Samsel recorded 12 points including three three point baskets and three steals.  5-5 So. Erin Toller chipped in with 10 points on five of five from the field.

Nila Blackford led Manual with 23 points, 11 rebounds, and two blocked shots.  Aniah Griffin added nine points and five rebounds.  Tyonne Howard also scored nine points.  5-5 Sr. Jaela Johnson recorded six points, three rebounds, and four assists.
