Berea coach Eric Swords started the following lineup: 6-2 Jr. Whaylen Connor, 6-0 Jr. Zane Brown, 6-2 Sr. Tylen Hall, 5-10 Jr. Triston Duckworth, and 6-0 Sr. David Gadd. Madison Central coach Allen Feldhaus Jr. countered with 6-3 Sr. Dustin Geralds, 6-1 Sr. Kenyon McKee, 6-8 Jr. Isaiah Cozart, 5-10 Sr. Isaiah Minter, and 5-11 Sr. Jacori Miller.
Madison Central dominated tonight in a 76-27 victory over Berea. Madison Central shot 58.7% from the field including six of 18 from the three point line. The Indians connected on 16 of 23 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 17 Berea turnovers. Berea shot 18.4% from the field including three of 18 from beyond the arc. The Pirates connected on 10 of 17 free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and scored five points off 10 Madison Central turnovers.
Dustin Geralds led Madison Central with 25 points including two three point baskets, six rebounds, and two assists in only 19 minutes. Geralds was nine of 11 from the field including two of three from beyond the arc, and five of five free throws. Isaiah Cozart added eight points, eight rebounds, and four blocked shots. Isaiah Minter recorded seven points, four rebounds, three assists, and three steals. Jacori Miller also scored seven points and 5-10 Jr. Quaezhan Charlton dished out seven assists.
Tylen Hall led Berea with eight points including two three point baskets. Triston Duckworth added six points and four rebounds. Zane Brown also scored six points and four rebounds.
