Archbishop Moeller held Lafayette to three first downs and -2 yards of total offense in a 39-0 victory. Moeller recorded 13 first downs and 326 yards of total offense. They were penalized 17 times for 168 yards and lost two fumbles. Lafayette recorded three first downs and -2 yards of total offense. The Generals were penalized 11 times for 91 yards and lost two fumbles.
RJ Khayo led Moeller’s ground game with 95 yards and a touchdown on four carries. Thomas Rotello carried the ball 11 times for 47 yards. C. Watkins added 47 yards and a touchdown on five carries. RJ Khayo caught six passes for 75 yards and a touchdown. RJ Khayo returned three punts for 81 yards with a punt return of 60 yards and a touchdown. Ryan Mullaney led the defense with six solo tackles with four of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 24 yards. Joseph Toepfer added two solo and five assisted tackles with 2.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling nine yards. A. Faller and Vincent Scally each recovered a fumble. K. Thibodeaux kicked field goals of 38. 49, and 29 yards and kicked off eight times for an average of 58.6 yards with six touchbacks.
TJ Robinson led Lafayette’s ground game with 11 yards on six carries. TeAndre Newcomb completed one of four passes for eight yards. N. Curtsinger caught two passes for four yards. Jimmy Johnson led the defense with seven solo and one assisted tackles. Elijah Stone added five solo tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling nine yards. Jaylen Lawson and Owen Hellerd each recovered a fumble.
