Class 1A Playoffs
Campbellsville 26 Crittenden County 21 – Malachi Corley carried the ball 11 times for 101 yards and two touchdowns.
Beechwood 49 Frankfort 8 – Logan Castleman carried the ball 23 times for 258 yards and five touchdowns.

Class 2A Playoffs
Christian Academy of Louisville 34 DeSales 7 – Milton Wright carried the ball five times for 107 yards and two touchdowns and caught eight passes for 202 yards and two touchdowns.
Somerset 35 Lexington Christian Academy 31 – Kaiya Sheron passed for 205 yards and two touchdowns and ran for 31 yards and added another touchdown. Somerset’s defense stopped LCA on a last second goal line stand.
Mayfield 57 Murray 13 – Connor Guthrie ran for three touchdowns to lead Mayfield.

Class 3A Playoffs
Central 26 Russell 0 – Ukari Baker caught three passes for 110 yards and two touchdowns. Central has recorded seven shut outs this year and has outscored opponents 148-0 in three playoff games.
Boyle County 41 Belfry 24 – Reed Lanter completed 16 of 26 passes for 264 yards and five touchdowns. Reese Smith caught six passes for 138 yards and four touchdowns and intercepted a pass.
LaRue County 40 Elizabethtown 32 – Anthony Adkins carried the ball 27 times for 214 yards and three touchdowns. LaRue County trailed 32-12 late in the third quarter.

Taylor County 22 Moore 17 – Grant McQueary completed 10 of 18 passes for 158 yards and a touchdown.
Johnson Central 50 Ashland Blazer 14 – Joe Jackson carried the ball 19 times for 323 yards and five touchdowns.
Knox Central 13 Franklin County 7 (OT) – Brady Worley completed 15 of 22 passes for 146 yards and a touchdown.

Pulaski County 13 Southeastern 6 – Tristan Cox carried the ball 18 times for 121 yards and a touchdown.
South Oldham 35 Fern Creek 12 – Anthony Pierce completed five of seven passes for 137 yards and two touchdowns.

Madison Central 28 Conner 27 (2OT) – Freddie Chenault carried the ball 27 times for 85 yards and two touchdowns and the Indians win their first football region championship.
Trinity 50 Ballard 0 – Seth Jutz completed six of 13 passes for 198 yards and three touchdowns.
Scott County 56 Simon Kenton 28 – Austin Barnett led Scott County with 182 yards and four touchdowns on 23 carries. Jon Sergent carried the ball 19 times for 148 yards and two touchdowns and caught three passes for 120 yards and two touchdowns to lead Simon Kenton.
Male 20 St, Xavier 10 – Garrett Dennis ran for one touchdown and threw a 14 yard touchdown pass to Izayah Cummings.
