Eastern Kentucky University coach Chrissy Roberts started the following lineup: 5-11 So. Bria Bass, 5-10 Fr. Hailey McCoy, 6-2 So. Brittany Grice, 5-6 So. Teri Goodlett, and 5-8 Jr. Shay Solomon.  Ohio University coach Bob Boldon countered with 5-11 So. Gabby Burris, 5-8 Sr. Dominique Doseck, 6-1 Sr. Olivia Bower, 5-8 So. Cierra Hooks, and 5-9 Jr. Amani Burke.

Ohio University raced out to a 35-12 first quarter lead on their way to a 100-60 victory over Eastern Kentucky University.  Ohio University shot 55.2% from the field including 10 of 18 from the three point line.  The Bobcats connected on 26 of 34 free throws, pulled down 43 rebounds, and scored 24 points off 18 Eastern Kentucky turnovers.  Eastern Kentucky shot 31.7% from the field including 11 of 28 from beyond the arc.  The Colonels connected on nine of 13 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 10 Ohio University turnovers.

Cierra Hooks led Ohio University with 21 points, six rebounds, and six steals.  5-11 Fr. Erica Johnson added 19 points, six rebounds, and eight assists.  Amani Burke recorded 18 points including three three point baskets.  Gabby Burris chipped in with 13 points and seven rebounds.  5-8 Fr. Kaylee Bambule also reached double figures with 12 points on four three point baskets.

5-11 Sr. Abby Wright led Eastern Kentucky with 17 points and 11 rebounds.  Bria Bass added 14 points including four three point baskets.  Teri Goodlett recorded 13 points including two three point baskets.  Hailey McCoy chipped in with nine points on three three point baskets.
