Mason County coach Brian Kirk started the following lineup: 6-2 Jr. Xylon Frey, 6-0 Jr. Chandler Black, 6-4 Jr. Jake Swolsky, 5-10 Sr. Isaac Sweet, and 6-0 Jr. Braden May.  Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman countered with 6-3 Jr. Luke Wedding, 6-2 Sr. John Poulton, 6-6 Sr. Brice Scott, 5-11 Sr. Patrick Geoghegan, and 6-1 So. Ben Johnson.

Lexington Catholic scored 28 points off 28 Mason County turnovers and recorded 16 steals in a 68-33 victory over Mason County.  Lexington Catholic shot 62.2% from the field including seven of 12 from the three point line.  The Knights connected on five of 11 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and held a 26-15 advantage in bench scoring.  Mason County shot 35.9% from the field including four of 22 from beyond the arc.  The Royals connected on one of six free throws, pulled down 23 rebounds, and scored nine points off 17 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Patrick Geoghegan led Lexington Catholic with 13 points including two three point baskets.  Ben Johnson added 12 points, five assists, and three steals.  John Poulton chipped in with eight points.

6-0 Sr. Jaylen Lofton led Mason County with 11 points including two three point baskets, four assists, and four steals.  Chandler Black added 10 points.
