Campbell county coach Beau Menefee started the following lineup: 5-8 Fr. Kylie Koeninger, 5-6 Jr. Mallory Holbrook, 5-10 Sr. Tamara Wells, 5-3 Jr. Jalyn Jackson, and 5-5 Sr. McKinlee Miller. Male coach Champ Ligon Jr. countered with 6-0 Sr. Joelle Johnson, 5-9 So. Alana Striverson, 6-1 Sr. Cameron Browning, 5-6 Fr. Kynidi Striverson, and 5-7 Sr. Destiny Combs.
Male defeated Campbell County by a score of 71-46. Male shot 51.9% from the field including four of eight from the three point line. The Lady Bulldogs connected on 13 of 20 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 17 Campbell County turnovers. Campbell County shot 32.75 from the field including eight of 20 from beyond the arc. The Lady Camels connected on four of five free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 13 Male turnovers.
Alana Striverson led Male with 20 points including three three point baskets. Cameron Browning added 18 points, four rebounds, and four blocked shots. Destiny Combs recorded 11 points and six rebounds. Joelle Johnson chipped in with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
Mallory Holbrook led Campbell County with 16 points including three three point baskets, three rebounds, three assists,and two blocked shots. Tamara Wells added 11 points, 10 rebounds, and three assists. Jalyn Jackson recorded 10 points, four rebounds, and four assists. Kylie Koeninger chipped in with nine points on three three point baskets and six rebounds.
