Beech (TN) coach Kristi Utley started the following lineup: Jr. Jana Claire Swafford, Sr. Kennedy Powell, Jr. DeShiya Hoosier, Sr. Kendra Mueller, and Jr. Mia Dean..  Henry Clay coach Eric Sanford countered with 5-9 Fr. Amiya Jenkins, 5-7 Sr. Kiya Thompson, 5-10 Fr. Lauren Thomas, 5-0 Fr. Maddie Kaufman, and 5-6 So. Ravion Jackson.

Beech outscored Henry Clay 18-7 in the third quarter on their way to a 71-54 victory over Henry Clay.  There were four ties and five lead changes in the game.  Beech (TN) shot 37.9% from the field including five of 21 from the three point line.  The Lady Buccaneers connected on 22 of 31 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 36 turnovers off 27 Henry Clay turnovers.  Henry Clay shot 51.4% from the field including four of seven from beyond the arc.  The Lady Blue Devils connected on 14 of 27 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 13 Beech (TN) turnovers.

Jana Claire Swafford led Beech (TN) with 22 points and five rebounds.  DeShiya Hoosier added 16 points including three three point baskets and four assists.  Kennedy Powell recorded 14 points, 10 rebounds, two assists, and two steals. 

Kiya Thompson led Henry Clay with 22 points including four three point baskets.  Amiya Jenkins added 12 points and Ravion Jackson chipped in with nine points.  Lauren Thomas pulled down nine rebounds.
