Grant County coach Shawn West started the following lineup: 5-7 Jr. Abby West, 5-7 Jr. Amari Scroggins, 5-7 Jr. Karlee Manefee, 5-3 Sr. Alecea Horner, and 5-6 Sr. Bryann Ezell.  Lexington Catholic coach Scott True countered with 5-9 Fr. Chloe Treece, 5-8 So. Ariel West, 5-8 Sr. Maylo Given, 5-5 Fr. Hannah Carlisle, and 5-5 Sr. Catey Nash.

Grant County defeated Lexington Catholic by a score of 46-43.  The score was tied three times and there were three lead changes tonight.  Grant County shot 46.7% from the field including zero of nine from the three point line.  The Lady Braves connected on four of 12 free throws, pulled down 19 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 22 Lexington Catholic turnovers.  Lexington Catholic shot 40.5% from the field including two of 12 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Knights connected on 11 of 17 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 11 Grant County turnovers.

Alecea Horner led Grant County with 14 points, three assists, and three steals.  Abby West added 13 points, four rebounds, six assists, and six steals.  5-6 Sr. Bryann Ezell recorded 11 points.

Chloe Treece led Lexington Catholic with 15 points.  Ariel West added six points, six rebounds, four assists, and two blocked shots.  Maylo Given recorded five points, eight rebounds, three assists, and five steals.
