Paul Laurence Dunbar coach Nick Runyon started the following lineup: 5-8 Sr. Cheyenne Fullwood, 5-8 Fr. Quinn Arnold, 5-10 So. Elise Ellison-Coons, 5-7 Sr. Jailyn Ginter, and 5-8 So. Tanaya Cecil. Lafayette coach Allison Denton countered with 5-11 Fr. Anaya Brown, 5-10 Sr. Lindi DeBilzan, 5-11 Sr. Macey Goff, 5-7 Fr. Olivia Cathers, and 5-7 Fr. Lauren Walton.
Lafayette led 48-46 after three quarters but pulled away in the final quarter but pulled away in the final quarter to defeat Dunbar by a score of 69-55. The score was tied six ties and there were two lead changes in the game. Dunbar did not have an answer for the 1-2 combination of Lindi DeBilzan and Macey Goff who combined for 50 points and 14 rebounds.
Lafayette shot 50% from the field including two of four from the three point line. The Lady Generals connected on 17 of 25 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 30 points off 20 Dunbar turnovers. Dunbar shot 32.1% from the field including eight of 23 from beyond the arc. The Lady Bulldogs connected on 11 of 18 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 16 Lafayette turnovers.
Lindi DeBilzan led Lafayette with 32 points including two three point baskets, three rebounds, four assists, two blocked shots, and three steals. Macey Goff added 18 points including eight of 10 free throws, 11 rebounds, four assists, and four steals. Anaya Brown recorded seven points, four rebounds, and three blocked shots.
Cheyenne Fullwood led Dunbar with 14 points including three three point baskets, eight rebounds, and three assists. Elise Ellison-Coons added 14 points including seven of eight free throws, and five rebounds. 5-6 Sr. Riley Feddock recorded 10 points including two three point baskets.
