Butler outscored Mercy Academy 21-13 in the third quarter on their way to a 62-57 victory.  Butler shot 43.5% from the field including seven of 15 from the three point line.  The Bearettes connected on 15 of 22 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 12 Mercy Academy turnovers.  Mercy Academy shot 38.5% from the field including six of 17 from beyond the arc.  The Jaguars connected on 11 of 20 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored eight points off 12 Butler turnovers.

5-2 Sr. Jabriel Kelly led Butler with 18 points including two three point baskets, eight of 10 free throws and three rebounds.  5-6 Sr. Jaida Wiggins added 13 points including three three point baskets.  5-10 So. Tiarra East recorded eight points and six rebounds.

5-5 Jr. Hope Sivori led Mercy Academy with 16 points including two three point baskets and four assists.  6-0 Jr. Paige Taylor added 14 points and five rebounds.  6-1 Jr. TaZiah Jenks recorded 10 points, six rebounds, and two assists.
