Tates Creek coach Matt Yates started the following lineup: 5-8 So. Caty Amishaw, 5-7 Sr. Lateya Wilson, 5-8 Sr. Yasmeen Shalash, 5-5 So. Maddie Kauffman, and 5-2 So. Alisce Lyvers.  Scott County coach Steve Helton countered with 6-0 Jr. Kenady Tompkins, 5-6 Jr. Kennon Owens, 6-3 Sr. Malea Williams, 5-6 Sr. Morgan DeFoor, and 5-6 So. Emma Price.

Scott County defeated Tates Creek by a score of 90-56.  Scott County shot 49.3% from the field including 11 of 29 from the three point line.  The Lady Cardinals connected on 11 of 20 free throws, pulled down 57 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 12 Tates Creek turnovers.  Tates Creek shot 31.3% from the field including eight of 25 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Commodores connected on six of 15 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 13 Scott County turnovers.

Morgan DeFoor led Scott County with 30 points including eight three point baskets, four rebounds, seven assists, and three steals.  Kenady Tompkins added 28 points and 16 rebounds.  Malea Williams recorded 16 points, 15 rebounds, and four blocked shots.  Kennon Owens chipped in with 10 points, four rebounds, and four assists.

Maddie Kauffman led Tates Creek with 20 points including three three point baskets, six rebounds, and two steals.  Caty Amishaw added 18 points including three three point baskets and five rebounds.  5-8 So. Joyce Mukalamusi recorded nine points and four rebounds.
