Ballard coach Chris Renner started the following lineup: 6-4 Sr. Terrence McDaniels, 6-3 Fr. Gabe Sisk, 6-9 So. Maker Bar, 5-9 Fr. Jack Edelen, and 6-1 Sr. Lewis Richards. North Oldham coach Craig Wallace countered with 6-6 Sr. Justin Powell, 6-4 Fr. Ian Higdon, 6-4 Sr. Tyler Higdon, 5-10 Fr. Dallas Roberts, and 6-1 Jr. Thomas Ashton.
Ballard defeated North Oldham by a score of 82-72 to gain the KOB championship. There were five lead changes and five ties in the game. Ballard shot 50% from the field including seven of 22 from the three point line. The Bruins connected on nine of 18 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 12 North Oldham turnovers. North Oldham shot 52.9% from the field including five of 14 from beyond the arc. The Mustangs connected on 13 of 26 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 10 Ballard turnovers.
Jack Edelen led Ballard with 18 points including two three point baskets. Terrence McDaniels added 17 points and 13 rebounds. Lewis Richards recorded 12 points including two three point baskets. Gabe Sisk also reached double figures with 10 points. 6-3 Sr. Josh Minkins Jr. chipped in with nine points and seven rebounds. Maker Bar added eight points, seven rebounds, and two blocked shots.
Justin Powell who was named Bob White Tournament MVP led North Oldham with 22 points and 10 rebounds. Tyler Higdon added 13 points, 10 rebounds, four assists, and two steals. Thomas Ashton recorded 12 points including two three point baskets and seven assists. Ian Higdon added 11 points. Dallas Roberts chipped in with nine points and two steals.
