Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown started the following lineup: 6-3 Sr. Marques Warrick, 6-1 Sr. Sebian Dillard, 6-6 Sr. Jackson Phillips, 5-8 Sr. Terron Hughes, and 6-0 Sr. Marquis Mackey.  Scott County coach Tim Glenn countered with 6-4 Jr. Elias Richardson, 6-1 Jr. Mikaleb Coffey, 6-6 Sr. Terrin Hamilton, 5-10 Jr. Chase Grigsby, and 6-0 Sr. Aaron Leake.

Henry Clay pulled away late to defeat Scott County by a score of 68-59.  The score was tied five times and there were seven lead changes in this game.  Henry Clay shot 54.5% from the field including eight of 19 from the three point line.  The Blue Devils connected on 12 of 15 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 11 Scott County turnovers.  Scott County shot 45.3% from the field including six of 11 from beyond the arc.  The Cardinals connected on five of nine free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored eight points off 11 Henry Clay turnovers.

Marques Warrick led Henry Clay with 28 points including four three point baskets and three assists.  Marquis Mackey added 13 points and Sebian Dillard recorded 12 points including two three point baskets, eight rebounds, and two assists.

Terrin Hamilton led Scott County with 26 points including two three point baskets, 11 rebounds, and four assists.  Elias Richardson added 17 points including two three point baskets.
