Bethlehem coach Jason Clark started the following lineup: 5-10 Sr. Mikiah Livers-Bryant, 5-8 Sr. Baeli Young, 6-0 Jr. Ella Thompson, 5-8 Jr. Amelia Hodges, and 5-8 So. Kasey Spalding.  Southwestern coach Junior Molden countered with 5-8 So. McKayla Noritis,5-8 Sr. Kennedy Harris, 5-10 Sr. Regi Cundiff, 5-4 Sr. Jenna Wood, and 5-6 Jr. Alexa Smiddy.

 

Bethlehem led 50-40 after three quarters but had to withstand a final quarter rally by Southwestern to earn a 64-61 victory.  Bethlehem shot 425 from the field including three of six from the three point line.  The Banshees connected on 19 of 27 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 16 Southwestern turnovers.  Southwestern shot 45.8% from the field including seven of 21 from beyond the arc.  The Warriors connected on 10 of12 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored nine points off 13 Bethlehem turnovers.

 

Ella Thompson led Bethlehem with 25 points including eight of 10 from the field including one of one from beyond the arc, and eight of eight free throws, five rebounds, and four steals.  Amelia Hodges added 21 points including six of seven free throws.  Kasey Spalding recorded six points and nine rebounds.  Mikiah Livers-Bryant chipped in with five points, eight rebounds, two blocked shots, and three steals.

 

5-8 Jr. Marissa Loveless led Southwestern with 17 points and four rebounds.  Alexa Smiddy added 16 points including three three point baskets, four rebounds, and three steals.  Regi Cundiff recorded 16 points, 11 rebounds, and three assists.  Kennedy Harris chipped in with nine points on three three point baskets and four assists.
