Scott County coach Steve Helton started the following lineup: 6-0 Jr. Kenady Tompkins, 6-0 Jr. Kaylie Wise, 6-3 Sr. Malea Williams, 5-5 Sr. Morgan DeFoor, and 5-6 So. Emma Price. Henry Clay coach Eric Sanford countered with 5-10 So. Lauren Thomas, 5-8 Fr. Alli Stone, 5-10 So. Kennedy Williams, 5-0 Sr. Tavionna Sanford, and 5-3 Sr. Madison Cox.
Scott County defeated Henry Clay by the score of 81-52. Scott County shot 42.7% from the field including six of 20 from the three point line. The Lady Cardinals connected on 11 of 17 free throws, pulled down 59 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 17 Henry Clay turnovers. Henry Clay shot 31.6% from the field including seven of 24 from beyond the arc. Alli Stone led Henry Clay with 17 points including four three point baskets, six rebounds, and two assists. Madison Cox added 14 points including three three point baskets. Lauren Thomas recorded 11 points, 10 rebounds, three assists, and three blocked shots.
