Bryan Station coach Nimbo Hammons started the following lineup: 6-4 So. Cedric Poindexter, 6-0 Jr. Trenton Grundy, 6-4 Sr. Crishawn Yocum, 5-10 Sr. James Lindsay, and 6-0 Jr. Myles Morones.  Scott County coach Tim Glenn countered with 6-1 Jr. Mikaleb Coffey, 6-0 Sr. Josh Bredwood, 6-6 Sr. Terrin Hamilton, 5-10 Jr. Chase Grigsby, and 6-0 Sr. Aaron Leake.

Scott County held on down the stretch to earn a 56-53 victory over Bryan Station.  Scott County shot 45.2% from the field including two of 11 from the three point line.  The Cardinals connected on 16 of 25 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored eight points off eight Bryan Station turnovers.  Bryan Station shot 46.2% from the field including seven of 21 from beyond the arc.  The Defenders connected on 10 of 13 free throws, pulled down 20 rebounds, and scored 13 points off nine Scott County turnovers.

Terrin Hamilton led Scott County with 34 points including seven of eight free throws and 10 rebounds.  Aaron Leake added 12 points including seven of 10 free throws.  6-1 So. Jeremy Hamilton recorded six points and four rebounds.

James Lindsay led Bryan Station with 22 points including seven of nine free throws and three assists.  Myles Morones added 16 points including two three point baskets and seven rebounds.  Trenton Grundy recorded eight points including two three point baskets and two steals.
