Lexington Christian Academy coach Haley Lee started the following lineup: 5-9 Jr. Gracie Royalty, 5-9 Sr. Mackenzie Buckler, 6-0 Jr. Emilie Teall, 5-4 Fr. Martin Wills, and 5-6 So. Sophia Gabbert.  Somerset coach Casey Rexroat countered with 5-8 Sr. Lauren Foutch, 5-3 Fr. Taya Mills, 5-9 Fr. Makenzie Fisher, 5-2 Jr. Addi Bowling, and 5-3 Fr. Kayleigh Bartley.

Somerset raced out to a 15-2 first quarter lead on their way to a 53-32 victory over Lexington Christian Academy.  Somerset shot 36.5% from the field including nine of 24 from the three point line.  The Lady Jumpers connected on six of six free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 16 LCA turnovers.  LCA shot 34.2% from the field including two of six from beyond the arc.  The Lady Eagles connected on four of nine free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored eight points off eight Somerset turnovers.

Lauren Foutch led Somerset with 21 points including five three point baskets and eight rebounds.  5-7 Jr. Madison Garland added 13 points including three three point baskets.  5-5 Fr. Kate Bruner recorded four points, five rebounds, and four assists.

Emilie Teall led Lexington Christian Academy with 17 points, seven rebounds, and four blocked shots.  Sophia Gabbert added nine points including two three point baskets and three rebounds.  Gracie Royalty recorded four points and nine rebounds.
