Bryan Station coach Nimbo Hammons started the following lineup: 6-1 Jr. Skyler Riley, 6-0 Jr. Pierre Petitfrere, 6-4 Sr. Crishawn Yocum, 6-0 Jr. Myles Morones, and 6-0 Jr. Trent Grundy.  Lafayette coach Mike Mendenhall III countered with 6-4 Sr. Shawn Perkins, 6-3 Jr. Campbell DeYoung, 6-9 Sr. Ray Surratt, 5-10 Jr. Kobe Blake, and 5-10 Jr. Will Stanfield.

 

Lafayette defeated Bryan Station by the score of 92-81.  Bryan Station led 44-41 at halftime but Lafayette outscored Bryan Station 25-16 to regain control of the game.  The score was tied six times and there was one lead change in the game.  Lafayette shot 48.1% from the field including eight of 23 from the three point line.  The Generals connected on 34 of 44 free throws, pulled down 41 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 10 Bryan Station turnovers.  Bryan Station shot 47.5% from the field including nine of 25 from beyond the arc.  The Defenders connected on 14 of 21 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 11 Lafayette turnovers. 

 

Ray Surratt led Lafayette with 38 points including two three point baskets, 10 of 14 free throws, 18 rebounds, five assists, and six blocked shots.  Will Stanfield added 18 points including three three point baskets and seven rebounds.  Campbell DeYoung recorded 13 points, seven rebounds, and two assists.  6-3 So. Abe Nelson chipped in with 13 points.

 

5-8 So .Jmarious Lindsay led Bryan Station with 22 points including three three point baskets, four rebounds, and two assists.  6-4 Fr .Jaden Biggers added 16 points and four rebounds.  Myles Morones recorded 15 points including four three point baskets and seven rebounds.  Trent Grundy chipped in with13 points including two three point baskets and three assists.
