Henry Clay coach Eric Sanford started the following lineup: 5-10 So. Lauren Thomas, 5-7 Fr. Alli Stone, 5-10 So. Kennedy Williams, 5-3 Sr. Madison Cox, and 5-5 Jr. Ravion Jackson.  Bryan Station coach Brian Hall countered with 5-10 So. Tania Woodall, 5-10 Sr. Rhiona Marshall, 6-1 Jr. Olea Woodall, 5-2 Jr. Natoria Godoy, and 5-4 Jr. Escarlis Perez.

 

Bryan Station outscored Henry Clay 16-9 in the final quarter to earn a 52-46 come-from-behind victory over Henry Clay.  The score was tied seven times and there were 11 lead changes in the game.  Bryan Station shot 28.6% from the field including three of 18 from the three point line.  The Lady Defenders connected on 21 of 26 free throws, pulled down 51 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 15 Henry Clay turnovers.  Henry Clay shot 30.4% from the field including one of nine from beyond the arc.  The Lady Blue Devils connected on 11 of 19 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 26 Bryan Station turnovers.

 

Natoria Godoy led Bryan Station with 25 points including three three point baskets, eight of nine free throws, seven rebounds, and two steals.  Tania Woodall added 14 points including eight of eight free throws, nine rebounds, three assists, and five steals.  Olea Woodall recorded nine points and 15 rebounds.

 

Lauren Thomas led Henry Clay with 13 points, nine rebounds, and two steals.  Kennedy Williams added 12 points and four rebounds.
