Paul Laurence Dunbar coach Scott Chalk started the following lineup: 6-4 So.Zach Carter, 6-4 So.Tim Hall, 6-6 So. Robert Todd, 5-9 Fr. Nick Spalding, and 6-0 Sr. Dylan Spalding.  Scott County coach Tim Glenn countered with 6-1 Sr.Chrisman Johnson, 6-0 Sr. Silas Emongo, 6-6 Sr. Terrin Hamilton, 6-0 Sr.Aaron Leake, and 6-0 Sr. Josh Bredwood.

Paul Laurence Dunbar defeated Scott County by the score of 63-49.  Dunbar shot 51.1% from the field including five of 14 from the three point line.  The Bulldogs connected on 10 of 13 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 11 points off nine Scott County turnovers.  Scott County shot 31.3% from the field including six of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Cardinals connected on 13 of 17 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 14 Dunbar turnovers.

Tim Hall led Dunbar with 22 points, 11 rebounds, four assists, and three blocked shots.  Nick Spalding added 19 points including two three point baskets, three assists, and two steals.  Robert Todd recorded 10 points and five rebounds.

Terrin Hamilton led Scott County with 16 points including seven of nine free throws.  Aaron Leake added 12 points including two three point baskets.  5-10 Jr. Chase Grigsby recorded eight points including two three point baskets and four rebounds.
