Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir started the following lineup: 5-10 So. Josie Gilvin, 5-9 Jr. Callie Birk, 6-0 Sr. Kristen Clemons, 5-5 Sr. Erin Toller, and 5-6 Fr. Triniti Ralston. Christian Academy of Louisville coach Cameron Pridemore countered with 5-10 Sr. Shelby Calhoun, 5-9 Jr. Delaney Gardner, 5-9 Jr. Alexa Breedlove, 5-7 So. Jaya McClure, and 5-8 Sr. Mia Beam.
Sacred Heart Academy defeated Christian Academy of Louisville by the score of 60-35. Sacred Heart shot 48.9% from the field including six of 20 from the three point line. The Valkyries connected on 10 of 13 free throws, pulled down 42 rebounds, and scored seven points off six CAL turnovers. CAL shot 24.6% from the field including four of 25 from beyond the arc. The Lady Centurions connected on three of 14 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored five points off eight Sacred Heart turnovers.
Erin Toller led Sacred Heart with 21 points including three three point baskets, 11 rebounds, and three assists. Triniti Ralston added 15 points including eight of eight free throws, four rebounds, and six assists. Kristen Clemons recorded 13 points and nine rebounds. Josie Gilvin chipped in with eight points, five rebounds, and two steals.
Shelby Calhoun led Christian Academy of Louisville with 14 points, nine rebounds, and three assists. Jaya McClure added 12 points including three three point baskets and six rebounds.
