Bryan Station Nimbo Hammons started the following lineup: 6-0 Sr. Trent Grundy, 6-0 Sr. Myles Morones, 6-3 Jr. Terik Mulder, 5-8 Jr. J’Marious Lindsay, and 5-9 Sr. Skyler Riley.  Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown countered with 6-3 Sr. Darik Holman, 6-2 Sr. Aziel Blackwell, 6-2 So. Harrison Lynch, 5-8 Jr. Sincere Madison, and 6-1 Jr. Kanye Henderson.

 

Bryan Station defeated Henry Clay tonight by the score of 64-59.  The score was tied eight times and there were 15 lead changes.  Bryan Station shot 34.6% from the field including six of 17 from the three point line.  The Defenders connected on 22 of 26 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 22 Henry Clay turnovers.  Henry Clay shot 35.4% from the field including one of 12 from beyond the arc.  The Blue Devils connected on 24 of 29 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 16 Bryan Station turnovers.

 

Myles Morones led Bryan Station with 22 points including two three point baskets, 14 of 14 free throws, five rebounds, and four assists.  J’Marious Lindsay added 14 points including two three point baskets and three assists.  Trent Grundy chipped in with 12 points.  6-4 Jr. Cedric Poindexter recorded seven points and five rebounds.

 

Kanye Henderson led Henry Clay with 19 points including five of six free throws.  Aziel Blackwell added 16 points including 10 of 10 free throws, nine rebounds, and two assists.  Darik Holman recorded nine points and six rebounds. Harrison Lynch chipped in with eight points and eight rebounds.
