Lafayette coach Allison Denton started the following lineup: 5-10 Jr. Olivia Cathers, 5-7 So. Kiley Noble, 6-0 Jr. Anaya Brown, 5-1 Jr. Catherine Jacobs, and 5-5 So. Gracyn Grantz.  Paul Laurence Dunbar coach Nick Runyon countered with 5-10 Sr. Elise Ellison-Coons, 5-7 Jr. Carley Hinshaw, 5-10 Sr. Haley Gadd, 5-8 Sr. Tanaya Cecil, and 5-8 Jr. Aziah Campbell.

 

Paul Laurence Dunbar led 17-8 after the first quarter in a 54-35 victory over Lafayette.  Dunbar shot 40.5% from the field including seven of 18 from the three point line.  The Lady Bulldogs connected on 13 of 22 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 23 points off 20 Lafayette turnovers.  Lafayette shot 27.3% from the field including two of 13 from beyond the arc.  The Generals connected on nine of 12 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 14 Dunbar turnovers.

 

Elise Ellison-Coons led Paul Laurence Dunbar with 19 points including six of eight free throws, eight rebounds, and three steals.  Aziah Campbell added 16 points including three three point baskets, five of seven free throws, three rebounds, and three assists.  5-5 Sr. DelTarria Jackson recorded eight points including two three point baskets, and two assists.

 

Anaya Brown led Lafayette with 19 points and 10 rebounds.  Kiley Noble added five points and six rebounds.  Olivia Cathers recorded five points, five rebounds, two assists, and two steals.
