Bullitt East coach Chris Stallings started the following lineup: 5-9 Sr. Selena Granado, 5-8 So. Lilly Reid, 6-6 Jr. Gracie Merkle, 5-4 Sr. Lexi Starr, and 5-8 Jr. Emma Egan.  Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir countered with 5-8 Sr. Danielle Schafer, 5-7 Sr. Aubree Littlejohn, 6-0 Jr. Alex Wolff, 5-5 So. Triniti Ralston, and 5-6 Sr. Maggie Montano.

Bullitt East trailed 47-43 after three quarters but rallied to defeat Sacred Heart Academy by the score of 63-60.  The score was tied four ties and there were four lead changes in the game.  Bullitt East shot 42.6% from the field including six of 16 from the three point line.  The Lady Chargers connected on 11 of 17 free throws, pulled down 42 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 16 Sacred Heart turnovers.  Sacred Heart shot 37.9% from the field including five of 21 from beyond the arc.  The Valkyries connected on 11 of 19 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 24 points off 17 Bullitt East turnovers.

Gracie Merkle led Bullitt East with 19 points, 16 rebounds, and six blocked shots.  Emma Egan added 15 points, three rebounds, and two steals.  Lexi Starr recorded 14 points including three three point baskets, six rebounds, and two assists.  Selena Granado chipped in with 11 points including three three point baskets and five rebounds.

Triniti Ralston led Sacred Heart Academy with 14 points, three assists, and three steals.  5-11 Fr. Angelina Pelayo added 12 points, eight rebounds, and four blocked shots.  5-8 Jr. Olivia Kaufman recorded nine points on three three point baskets.  5-8 Fr. Raegan Bender chipped in with eight points, five rebounds, three assists, and two steals.  5-7 Fr. Emi-Lee Howell added seven points, two rebounds, three assists, and three steals.
