Cooper coach Justin Holthaus started the following lineup: 5-10 Fr. Liz Freihofer, 5-8 So. Kay Freihofer, 6-2 So. Whitney Lind, 5-6 Jr. Logan Luebbers Palmer, and 5-7 Fr. Maleah Alexander.  Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir countered with 5-10 Jr. Josie Gilvin, 5-8 Fr. Reagan Bender, 6-0 Jr. Alex Wolff, 5-5 So. Triniti Ralston, and 5-6 Sr. Maggie Montano.

Cooper led 38-29 after three quarters and held on to earn a 53-51 victory over Sacred Heart Academy.  Cooper shot 44.1% from the field including three of 11 from the three point line.  The Jaguars connected on 20 of 30 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 12 Sacred Heart turnovers.  Sacred Heart shot 36.5% from the field including four of 18 from beyond the arc.  The Valkyries connected on nine of 20 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored nine points off 19 Cooper turnovers.

Whitney Lind led Cooper with 22 points including 14 of 15 free throws, 11 rebounds, and two blocked shots.  Logan Luebbers Palmer added 11 points, six rebounds, and four assists.  Liz Freihofer recorded eight points, six rebounds, and two steals.  Kay Freihofer chipped in with eight points,four rebounds, four assists, and three steals.

Triniti Ralson led Sacred Heart Academy with 17 points, three rebounds, five assists, two blocked shots, and three steals.  5-8 Jr. Olivia Kaufman added nine points on three three point baskets.  Josie Gilvin recorded eight points, five rebounds, and four steals.  Alex Wolff chipped in with seven points.  5-11 Fr. Angelina Pelayo recorded six points and 11 rebounds.
